Job Description

AMG is partnering with a highly regarded global law firm to hire an eDiscovery Project Manager. This role will support complex litigation and investigation matters, partnering with attorneys, clients, and vendors to manage discovery workflows and deliver effective eDiscovery solutions.

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation: $112K-175K dependent on candidate experience

What you'll be doing

  • Managing eDiscovery matters from collection through production
  • Serving as a liaison between legal teams, clients, and vendors
  • Administering Relativity databases and discovery workflows
  • Supporting data processing, analytics, quality control, and productions
  • Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Troubleshooting workflow issues and maintaining matter documentation

What you'll need to have

  • 3+ years of eDiscovery project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; RCA certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of the EDRM and litigation support workflows
  • Hands-on experience with Relativity and related eDiscovery technologies
  • Experience managing multiple matters, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
